Montreal is the second largest city in Canada and the largest city in the province of Quebec. Originally called Ville-Marie (City of Mary), the city had come to be known as Montréal, a name derived from Mont Royal (in Norman French Mont Reial, literally Royal Mountain), the name of the three-head hill at the heart of the city.
About mold:
Mold is a fungus that can be found in abundance in the natural environment. Although useful for the production of various food and medicines (e.g. cheese and penicillin), mold that grows indoors is not desirable and should be removed immediately. Since mold requires only a nutrient source, moisture, and the right temperature to multiply, it is not surprising that mold growth is such a widespread problem in all types of buildings and materials. Once mold growth begins, it can spread quickly and easily, eating away at materials and menacing not only the structural soundness and integrity of the building in question, but also the very health of the people exposed to its presence. For this reason, it is crucial to eliminate the source of the moisture by taking appropriate mold remediation action.
